Chair of Board of Directors
Dr. Bupe Getrude Mutono - Mwanza
Senior Lecturer at the Graduate School of Business, University of Zambia and currently serving as school’s Associate Director. Vice-Chair of the Society for Operations Management in Africa as well as the Chair of the Zambia Chapter of Industrial Engineering and Operations Management of the Society. Has a Bachelor of Science in Production Management, Master of Engineering in Manufacturing Systems and Operations Management and PhD in Engineering Management. Bupe is an accomplished academic author, researcher, global conference speaker, instructor and administrator resulting from her years of experience in the fields of Business Management, Operations Research, and Engineering Management with various universities in Zimbabwe, Zambia and South Africa. In addition, Bupe mentors young ladies pursuing STEM programmes and also supports care for destitute, isolated and vulnerable elderly persons as CEO of the Aged-Care Foundation.

Ms. Hildah Nachizo Namunyola
Social Safeguards Specialist at the Zambia Agribusiness and Trade Project, which is a World Bank financed project under the Ministry of Commerce, Trade and Industry supporting enterprises and cooperatives to grow their business linkages and value-addition capitalization. Hildah comes with a background in Economics and Business Administration earned from the University of Zambia. Her work focuses on enhancing Gender engagement, Gender Based Violence, Sexual Exploitation, Abuse and Harassment (GBV/SEAH) an expert with a passion for environmental and social change Hildah has promoted of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) among firms and cooperatives across the country. She is a member of the Economics Association of the Zambia, the Capital Markets Sandbox development team and has sat on several Technical Working Group Committees across different ministries on issues of women’s land rights, national budgets and housing and infrastructure. She has made presentations at several international conferences on women’s role in land administration and housing and infrastructure In Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia and Sweden. She speaks several languages including French.
A Health Specialist employed by the Zambia Army in the medical corp at the rank of Captain with a strength of 30 men in combative fields. works in the preventive care of Medicine, holding a Diploma in Environmental Health from the University of Zambia, a Bachelor of science in Pubic Heath from Texila American University and a CDC Africa Certificate in feid Epidemiology from Zambia National Public Health institute as a first ever cohort from the Ministry of Defence.
Also Holds a Ministry of Defence Representative appointment in the Africa Union Regional Biosafety and Biosecurity for Zambia being a Medical legal drafter for the regional framework currenty underway. Also an expert in food zoonosis, food safety, Environmental health and occupational health based inspections.
Tendai is Experienced in Community Engagement in peacekeeping Missions in war torn countries through negotiation skills. Tendai's primary task is the protection of civilians in and outside the boarders of Zambia and leads her unit of preventive Medical Personnel on deployment to ensure prevention of epidemiological diseases such as Covid-19 and cholera among others as well as offering services as due "Disposal of the dead"
